The original First Watch opened with the idea that people want a Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch restaurant that doesn't moonlight with steaks or anything else later in the day. They serve only the finest ingredients available for the freshest taste possible. Their menu offers an assortment of items, from traditional breakfast and lunch favorites to their own specialties. Started in 1983, First Watch now has more than 80 locations in 11 states.
