A shared idea that a specialized, agile firm focused entirely on retail real estate would provide unparalleled service to clients was the impetus that lead to the formation of Retail Specialists, Inc.

The underlying premise in the formation of the company was the team approach to client services. Since the formation of our company, our list of clients has grown to also include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Ace Hardware, Winn-Dixie, Zaxby’s, Express Oil, Bromberg’s Fine Jewelers, IHOP, Newks and Taco Bell. Strong relationships with numerous local, regional, and national landlords, investors, and developers have enabled us to build a portfolio of more than two million (2,000,000) square feet of retail real estate assignments.
