Retail Specialists, Inc.

Tommy joined Retail Specialists, Inc. in 2006 as Director of Property Management. He has over 15 years of property management and brokerage experience and is responsible for building and developing the management division for the company. Prior to joining Retail Specialists, Tommy most recently served as Senior Property Manager for Eason, Graham & Sander, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama where he managed an industrial portfolio in excess of 1,500,000 square feet. He also has several years of experience in other areas of commercial property management, including retail, office and medical real estate.

 

Tommy graduated from the University of Alabama where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. He currently holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) professional designation and is a member of the Alabama CCIM Chapter. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where is pursuing the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM).

 

Tommy is a native of Birmingham and is married with two children. He is a member of Independent Presbyterian Church, where he serves as a Deacon. He is also actively involved with the state Executive Committee for the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA). He served as Vice-President of the CCA’s Birmingham Chapter during 2005 & 2006 and was Chapter President for 2007 & 2008. Tommy is also active with coaching his children’s baseball and softball teams.
