Elizabeth Poindexter, Property Manager
Elizabeth joined Retail Specialists, Inc. in April 2008. As Property Manager, Elizabeth supports the Director of Property Management with the day to day operations of the management department as well as maintains effective communications with property owners, tenants, and vendors. She assists with reviewing and abstracting lease agreements, the preparation and distribution of monthly financial reports, rental collections and facilitating management plans in order to achieve client’s goals and objectives.
Elizabeth received a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from the University of Alabama in 2007. She is originally from Inverness, Mississippi and is on the Young Leaders Board for the Ronald McDonald House.
