Myles K. Sherrill, Corporate Services Manager
As Corporate Services Manager, Myles manages the real estate portfolio for regional clients. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, facilities management, property management, lease administration, new site selections and lease negotiations.
Prior to joining Retail Specialists, Inc., Myles served as a Tenant Representation Broker with Cresa Partners. He also brings previous experience to the position having worked with Fischer Corporate Services, working on behalf of Regions Bank. He was responsible for bank acquisitions, dispositions, and third party tenant lease renewals throughout the sixteen state Regions footprint.
In addition to working with Regions, Myles has also worked with Childcare Networks, Triton Management, Staples, Alcoa Steel, Eberspaecher, Curves, Medtronic, AFL Communications, Castle Metals, and Wesco.
Myles and his wife Candice live in Crestline with their son. They attend Covenant Presbyterian Church in Homewood.
