Retail Specialists, Inc.

Emily joined Retail Specialists, Inc. in 2008 as Controller. She is responsible for the accounting and operation of the day-to-day business of Retail Specialists, Inc. She is also involved in the operations of the property management division along with numerous investment and development projects. Previously, she served as an Accountant with Southern Progress Corporation and brings with her several years of experience in Public and Corporate Accounting. 

 

Emily earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Auburn University in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2004. She is currently sitting for the CPA examination and working toward her Masters of Accounting degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Emily is a native of Birmingham and in her free time enjoys exercising, cooking and spending time with her family.
