As an associate broker, Haden Smith’s primary focus is on recruiting local and emerging concepts to available spaces.
Over the course of his career, Haden has primarily focused on food & beverage management in addition to owning a food truck called Bayou Bros. Haden founded The Annex Culinary Incubator where he leased six kitchen spaces by the hour to more than three dozen businesses during its existence. Haden brings a unique perspective with experience as both a business owner and in leasing as well as strong relationships built with local and regional players.
Haden received his bachelor’s degree in restaurant management from the University of Alabama and is attaining his master’s degree in real estate development at Auburn University.
Outside of work, Haden spends his time cooking and hanging out with family and friends, watching the Saints and the Tide, playing golf and working on his food truck.
