Lyndsy is an associate for Retail Specialists with a focus on sales and leasing for retail, restaurant and value-add investment properties in the Southeast. She is a trusted advisor to numerous brands including Shell, Chevron, Purple Onion, GolfTime, Altitude Trampoline Park, Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Martial Arts, J Wings, The Seafood King, The Standard, PHO PHO, Nori Thai & Sushi, UMAMI, LA Wax Club, Underground Vegan, and PH’EAST Food Hall at The Atlanta Battery Park.
An active member in the local commercial real estate community, Lyndsy is the Director of the Birmingham Commercial Realtors Council (BCRC), the Co-chair of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network’s Diversity and Inclusion (DE&I) Task Force, Co-founder of the Asian-American Business Group in Hoover, Alabama, and a member of the Board of Trustees at the Hoover Chamber of Commerce. She was named 2019 Rookie of the Year from Birmingham Commercial Realtors Council, and a Rising Stars in Real Estate and Construction from the Birmingham Business Journal.
Prior to joining Retail Specialists, Lyndsy worked at LAH Commercial Real Estate as a commercial broker and spent time in Washington D.C. working in corporate public relations for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson.
Outside of work, Lyndsy enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Koko, and playing golf. She is fluent in Korean and is an active member of the Asian-American community in Alabama and Georgia.
