Prior to joining Retail Specialists, Benjamin worked at Retail Strategies, the sister company of Retail Specialists, where he served as a liaison bridging the gap between community leaders and expanding retail brands. His responsibilities included fostering effective communication and collaboration between these stakeholders, facilitating mutual growth and development.
Benjamin’s experience also includes being a land development intern at the Forestar group. During this time, he gained hands-on expertise in preparing competitive market analyses and proformas for potential acquisitions. Additionally, Benjamin assisted on-site at developments, gaining valuable insights into the practical aspects of real estate projects. He also held positions at the University of Alabama Center of Real Estate and Russell Lands.
