Felipe is an Associate for Retail Specialists where he supports the growth of Retail Specialists’ footprint supporting existing tenant rep clients and networking with retailers, brokers, and landlords. Additionally, he supports the company’s Corporate Services division, acting as an extension of our client’s in-house real estate department.

Before joining Retail Specialists, Felipe worked for Tri-Oak Consulting Group as a business developer. He was self-employed for five years doing auto brokerage and residential investments. During his time of self-employment, Felipe was able to learn the ins and outs of the real estate world and develop long-term relationships with those he worked with.

Felipe graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
