Albertville Breaks ground on Sand Mountain Marketplace

David Plummer, Senior Vice President of Tenant Representation at Retail Specialists, has successfully represented Target in a landmark deal bringing the retailer to Albertville, Alabama, marking Target’s entry into this new market as part of the Sand Mountain Marketplace development.
“The City of Albertville has officially broken ground on the Sand Mountain Marketplace, a 246,000-square-foot retail hub set to feature brands such as Target, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Jim ‘n Nick’s BBQ, and Outback Steakhouse.”
