Marketing & Brokerage Support Coordinator
Position Overview
The Marketing & Brokerage Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the brokerage team through marketing, listing management, and operational coordination. This position is responsible for maintaining property marketing materials, managing online listings, coordinating internal communications, and supporting brokers with presentations and promotional efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Listing Management
· Create property marketing flyers for new listings and manage ongoing edits and updates
· Maintain and update the company’s master property listing spreadsheet and ensure all listings are accurate and current across company platforms including the website, LoopNet, and Crexi
· Design and coordinate production of signage for new listings, including installation scheduling
Digital Marketing & Communications
· Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, including capturing and posting content from networking events, property tours, new property photography/videography, store openings, and other on-site opportunities as applicable
· Schedule and distribute property email marketing campaigns
Broker Support
· Assist brokers with proposal documents, presentations, and marketing materials
· Create retailer market aerials
· Run demographic reports for brokers
· Conduct quarterly check-ins with brokers to ensure listing information and marketing materials are current
Meetings & Internal Coordination
· Coordinate monthly broker meetings including scheduling, communication, and presentation preparation
· Maintain and update company marketing materials including one-pagers, proposal templates, and company profiles
Administrative & Office Support
· Assist with answering phones and monitoring voicemail when needed
Event Coordination
· Coordinate in-office and off-site events to support broker networking and property promotion as needed
Qualifications
· 3-5 years’ experience with marketing materials, presentations, and social media platforms
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail
Perferred Skills
· Experience in commercial real estate marketing or brokerage support preferred but not required
· Familiarity with commercial real estate listing platforms (LoopNet, Crexi)
· Graphic design or marketing software experience
· GIS mapping

Position Details
We are currently looking for experienced Leasing and Brokerage Associates to join our client-focused, third-party team in our Birmingham office. The ideal candidate would have established experience and relationships within the industry, a self-starter attitude and a strong work ethic, proven skills in business development to bring in new accounts, and the capacity to work on complex transactions.
This position will report to the Executive Vice President and the individual will be responsible for providing dedicated real estate strategy and account management, partnering closely with property owners, sourcing new landlord relationships, and all transaction-related services to our clients.
Responsibilities
Business Development: Our associates are talented and strategic in acquiring new clients. Although we provide a number of house accounts when applicable, our Leasing & Brokerage Associates are expected to bring in new business and will be supported accordingly.
Client Consulting: We ultimately consider ourselves an extension of our clients’ real estate team and treat every asset as if it were our own. We don’t wait for opportunities to knock, we don’t run from complex projects, and we don’t avoid a crisis.

Knowledge and Skills Required
- Transaction management experience
- Proven skills in contract review, lease/purchase, and sale negotiations
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting impacts
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiating, communication, collaboration, organizational, planning, and process skills
- Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate business intelligence and data analytics
- Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with businesses and clients at a senior level
- Ability to think strategically and act proactively
Education and Experience
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant real estate experience
- Real estate brokerage or salesperson license required
