Brooke is a Real Estate Development Manager at Retail Specialists, where she oversees development processes and manages internal and external project communication. As part of the Corporate Services division, she works alongside brokers to support retail clients of all sizes and industries. Her work covers market strategy, site selection, execution, and management of our clients’ existing portfolios. She has also been instrumental in building out the processes that power the Development and Corporate Services divisions division at Retail Specialists.
Before that, Brooke served as Real Estate and Development Coordinator for a 200+ location regional quick serve restaurant, where she managed remodel projects, assisted with building pipelines for new locations, rebuilds, and remodels, and oversaw vendor relationships, materials, deadlines, project budgets, and equipment updates.
