Dee McCary is an Administrative Assistant and a key part of the day-to-day operations of the company. She brings a warm, steady presence to the team and handles everything from organization to helping make sure projects and people have what they need.
Before joining us, Dee spent many years supporting offices in construction, property management, and community organizations. She has worn just about every administrative hat—managing accounting tasks, coordinating schedules and events, working with residents and contractors, and supporting leadership teams. Her experience, adaptability, and people-first approach make her an invaluable part of our organization.
Dee earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
