John Mark Boozer

As a Retail Development Coordinator, John Mark specializes in retail recruitment and development. He focuses on the identification of retail, restaurant, and hospitality companies to fill the product and service gaps within each of his client community’s trade area. His primary role is to leverage industry relationships with the brokerage and development community to assist retailers’ expansion efforts.

Prior to joining full-time, John Mark served as an intern for Retail Strategies and Retail Specialists for one year where he gained hands-on experience in many facets of the commercial real estate industry.
