Mac Holman is an Associate in our Birmingham office focused on retail real estate throughout the Southeast. He began his career at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in their Charlotte office, where he specialized in single-tenant net-lease investments and gained hands-on experience in underwriting, valuation, and deal execution.
In his current role, Mac partners with the firm’s third-party leasing and tenant representation teams to help clients navigate site selection, leasing strategy, and market opportunities. His background in both investment sales and client relations allows him to bring a well-rounded perspective to every deal.
He holds an MBA from the College of Charleston and a degree in Communication from the University of Alabama. Known for his strong work ethic and relationship-driven approach, Mac brings energy, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset to every assignment.
