It’s already been an exciting year for new real estate projects in Birmingham.
Later this month, Birmingham CREW will highlight four of these at an event called “Birmingham’s Hot Properties.” The luncheon event will be held at The Club from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 15.
The event will feature Shannon Tyndall of CBRE on the Montclair Hospital property. Tyndall and Katy Lincoln of CBRE will help on the retail aspect of the project.
Rodney Barstein of Retail Specialists will speak on the Graves Building project. Barstein and building owners the Sher family are beginning a renovation of the historic Third Avenue North buildings into residential and commercial space.
