API Huntsville, LLC, an affiliated entity of Alumni Properties, has closed on the purchase of land for North Village Town Center, a $240 million development at North Memorial Parkway and the Northern Bypass. Anchored by Super Target and Home Depot, the project will introduce new retail, restaurant, and hospitality opportunities, with future phases planned for residential and medical uses.
