Retail Specialists Secures Long-Term Ground Lease of Former Pier 1 in Hoover
BIRMINGHAM, AL – The former Pier 1 building on Hwy 31 across from the Galleria in Hoover has been leased to Whataburger who is expanding its newest prototype throughout the state.
