BIRMINGHAM, AL (April 7, 2021) – Retail Specialists and Orchestra Partners have announced the newest tenant, Social, coming to the Studio Arts Building in Five Points South. Social is a new bar, restaurant, and event space opening in one of Birmingham’s historic buildings.
“Social is a passion project where Birmingham’s creatives and trend-setters will meet to unwind with a smoky cocktail, indulge in our curated menu, and revel in all that makes this the Magic City. At Social we take customer service just as seriously as the food, drinks, and ambience. From the moment guests arrive they will be treated with warmth while basking in lush surroundings,” said owner/operator, Adrian Williams.
Social will occupy both the first and second floors of the Studio Arts Building for a combined 6,920 square feet. The historic Studio Arts Building is located in the middle of Five Points South at the intersection of 11th Avenue South and 20th Street South. The building is in a desirable, high-traffic position in the heart of the city.
“Along with specialty brunches and outstanding nightlife offerings, Social will also serve as a space for special events in the city. This will be the place to celebrate, savor and surrender to a good time. Social will be where Birmingham meets and gathers,” finished owner/operator, Jay Williams.
