BIRMINGHAM, AL (February 15, 2024) – Lakeshore Pavilion, anchored by Publix, welcomes its newest tenant Southern Immediate Care as they continue their expansion in Alabama. Their newest prototype will occupy 4,200 square feet in a standalone building within the project. Lakeshore Pavilion is located at the intersection of Lakeshore Parkway and Shannon Wenonah servicing the major commuter route for Ross Bridge and surrounding area to and from I-65 with a combined traffic count of over 40,000 cars per day.
Beau Young, executive vice president at Retail Specialists handles leasing for the center. “Southern Immediate Care brings a much-needed use to the area and compliments our current tenant mix. We are pleased they chose such a central location for their operation.”
“This is a highly populated area and will alleviate the need for patients to drive long distances for urgent care needs,” said Dr. Jason Junkins, CEO of Southern Immediate Care. “Southern Immediate Care will provide care seven days per week to all ages with no appointment needed.”
