BIRMINGHAM, AL – Retail Specialists has hired Caleb Davis as Development Manager in its Birmingham office. Davis will oversee the day-to-day development for projects at Retail Specialists. His primary focus is leading projects from concept to completion in design, construction and vendor management.

Over the course of his career Davis has solely focused on commercial real estate, with an emphasis on construction and development. Prior to Retail Specialists, Davis worked as a project manager for Doster Construction Company ensuring projects were delivered on time, within budget and met all client quality requirements.

Davis received a dual master’s degree with a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate, and a Master of Science in marketing with a concentration in strategy from the University of Alabama. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Stetson University in Florida.
Outside of work, Davis enjoys getting back to his southern Florida roots by scuba diving and fishing. He is also an avid golfer, a history buff, and loves Alabama football.
