The Retail Specialists leasing team is currently leasing 115 properties totaling more than 5 million square feet across the Southeast including The Waites in downtown Birmingham, Alabama, Columbus Park Crossing in Columbus, Georgia, and Monroe Pavilion, a new development coming to Monroe, Georgia.
