New Mixed-Use Development, Arcadia, Coming Soon to Cummings Research Park
HUNTSVILLE, AL – Bobo Development Group and Retail Specialists are pleased to announce that Arcadia, the first mixed-use development in Cummings Research Park, will break ground in the Spring. Demolition on the property started in early January.
Upon completion the development will total more than 19,000 square feet that includes 12,000 square feet of office, 7,000 square feet of retail and restaurant, and 251 residential units.
Located at 4810 Bradford Drive, Arcadia will be positioned on one of the busiest corners in the research park and sits directly across from the new Alabama School of Cyber Technology.
“With the current and projected growth in the Huntsville market, the timing is perfect to introduce the newest project in the community,” state James Bobo, chief executive officer of Bobo Development Group.
“Arcadia will provide much-needed amenities to Cummings Research Park. This project is just getting underway and we’ll be breaking ground in March or April.”
