Sidney Knight, Retail Specialists
Birmingham’s real estate and construction scene has been on a hot streak for years – and the construction and development pipeline has continued. Fortunately, Birmingham is home to an abundance of emerging leaders in real estate and construction who are primed to shape the local industry for years to come.

Sidney Knight is a recipient of the 2022 NextGen: Real Estate and Construction award. As an associate for Retail Specialists, he works has tenant rep experience for brands like Dunkin’ as well as leasing for Birmingham developments like Lakeshore Pavilion.
Sid uses his background in finance and computer science while analyzing commercial real estate. He has a strong desire for higher learning and is a CCIM candidate. He also sits on the Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce Junior Board and serves as President of the Bridgeways Junior Board.
