Our tenant representation team, Joe Strauss, CCIM, and David Plummer, partnered closely with Dutch Bros throughout the site selection process to identify and secure the location. Working alongside Jeffrey George of RM Development Group and Rozier Construction, the team helped bring the project from vision to reality.
