Salad And Go Hosts Ribbon Cutting in Del City, Oklahoma
Birmingham, Alabama (December 5, 2022) – Salad and Go, a drive thru restaurant specializing in salads and wraps, is hosting a ribbon cutting in Del City, Oklahoma to celebrate its first location in the area. The grand opening ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, December 13th at 10 am.
“The City of Del City is so excited to welcome Salad and Go! Our citizens have expressed a major desire to have a healthy, tasty option for their meal choice and Salad and Go is an awesome solution to their request,” said JD Hock, director of development for Del City, Oklahoma.

The Phoenix, Arizona-based restaurant operates more than 45 locations and is expanding rapidly throughout the U.S. The restaurant is located where the city’s Chamber building once stood. Retail Specialists out of Birmingham, Alabama negotiated the deal.
After several years of discussions about relocating the Chamber building. Retail Specialists negotiated a purchase sale agreement to develop the 24,000 square foot Chamber building site. The team successfully signed a long-term ground lease with one of the hottest brands in the fast-casual restaurant space.
“During ongoing discussions with the city, we wanted to take the opportunity to maximize the retail potential of the real estate because sales tax is vital to Oklahoma municipalities,” said Clay Craft associate for Retail Specialists.
“Salad and Go is a great restaurant that will generate sales tax, and we’re excited to join the team for the ribbon cutting ceremony.”
